How to Make Delicious Lahmacun - A Turkish Pizza Recipe

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


1.To make the dough, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Gradually add the warm water and stir until the dough comes together.


2.Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.


Preheat your oven to 450°F.
